Story about Integrator
Since 1984 one of the founders of Integrator, C-Three Systems (CTS), had specialized in developing computer-based systems for communication, control and security. During its first 5 years of operation (when CTS was established in The Netherlands) miscellaneous alarm and intercom support systems were developed for customers in Germany, The Netherlands, Norway and Singapore. The main system was a prison information and communication system (PICS).
During 1990, CTS moved its operation to Norway. Here the successful architecture of PICS was enhanced to also support other communication and security systems. This new system (given the generic name IKOS) was successfully delivered to two major high-security prisons and a psychiatric hospital.
Integrator AS was founded in March 1998 with as main purpose to ensure that AlarmCenter is being further developed, marketed, sold and supported. Since then, Integrator has delivered systems for several large prisons in Norway and Germany. One of them is JVA Stadelheim in Munich – one of the largest prisons in Germany. The old installations of IKOS in the Norwegian prisons have also been upgraded to AlarmCenter during 1999.
AlarmCenter is today our main product and is installed in several prisons both in Norway and Germany.
Philosophy and strategy
Integrator delivers customized solutions of high quality, within the agreed cost and time. Our aim is to deliver "turn-key" solutions within the agreed conditions.
We have always been operating with fixed prices. Today many vendors operate the other way, but with us a fixed price is a fixed price. In competition with others this is not always an advantage but we do not want to give up this principle.
All our projects are delivered within the agreed cost and time and can all be used as our references.
